I usually do not like to make recommendations but I will make an exception for a facility that well deserves the 5 stars. My mother has been a resident at Hampton Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since February this year. She has received outstanding services since the moment she was admitted. Honestly speaking, we weren't looking forward to going here because we were looking at another place closer to my mom's home, but Hampton Court was the rehab center that she had to go to. I hav to say that the staff at Hampton Court made my mom feel really welcome from the first moment. Also, the facility is clean, the staff is informed and helpful, and they pushed my mom when she needed to be pushed past her comfort zone, and also made sure that she didn't over exert herself when she wanted to. Really great rehab facility with a knowledgable and friendly staff. I don't like the fact that the staff does not speak English around the patients. My grandmother, who is a native English speaker gets confused when the nurses are speaking other languages around her. The place is old, the staff in the offices are rude and have attitudes. Patients are left sitting around not doing anything. They make you feel like they’ll be there for your loved one but after a while, they’re ready to kick them out once they get paid. There are a few good cnas and lpns but after that, look elsewhere.
